Vishwam is qualified as an advocate in India, Solicitor in England & Wales and a registered Attorney in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to Webnyay, he worked for over 9 years with law firms DLA Piper and Linklaters in Dubai and London. Vishwam specialises in international arbitration and mediation, cross-border litigation, white-collar criminal investigations and sanctions.

Vishwam has also served as a legal and policy expert/consultant with various international organizations including the World Health Organization, UNICEF, International Labour Organization and the World Bank. He frequently advises Government of India departments, regulatory bodies and State Governments on issues relating to access to justice, grievance redressal and AI in the justice system. Vishwam was a founding member of the ADGM (Abu Dhabi) Courts Committee when it was established.

Ishita is a trained product management and design expert. She studied product design at NIFT, New Delhi and undertook Executive management courses from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Webnyay, she worked for over 5 years as a UI-UX and visual designer working on projects for Google, HSBC, Credit Suisse, Believe entertainment, D2C brand Nicobar and many others.

Ishita is passionate about using technology for social causes and has worked on projects for the World Health Organization. She was a part of the second cohort of Lead Tribe by Blume Ventures.
